We've been consulting Dr. Moorthy for quite some time now. He has always been extremely helpful and patiently clears all our doubts. He never tries to scare patients, which is very reassuring.

Yes, the waiting time can be slightly long at times, but if you call in the morning or ahead of your visit and provide the patient's name, they do make a note of it. That said, they clearly mention over the phone that it's a first-come, first-served system—which is perfectly fair. We plan accordingly and go there.

The restroom could be improved, as it's used by many patients and isn't always in the best condition. Its not an hospital its an clinic so we can understand but regular basis of restroom maintenance could help the patient's.

Since both doctors are surgeons, they may not always be available. You can't expect them to be like your neighborhood General Pediatrician , but they do their best. Dr. Moorthy is excellent, and even Kokila mam was very polite and friendly in her interactions.

I visited Kokila mam for my second pregnancy. Initially while choosing I was bit afraid because I contacted her only through Google reviews later as month passes felt so comfortable and relaxed as the doctor was so kind, friendly and caring. In my first pregnancy I felt my previous doctor was always in a hurry to meet the next patient and I couldn't even clarify my doubts. But Kokila mam was very patient in clarifying doubts and she will never rush up. This shows how much importance she gives to each individual. I have never seen such a kind and friendly doctor in my lifetime. I was very stressed in my first pregnancy as the nurses were always scolding and the doctor was also not so connected but in my second  delivery apart from the pain I was so relaxed as Kokila mam and the nurses very caring and supportive. To be Frank, I started to miss the doctor as my pregnancy term is over. Nurses and hospital staffs were very responsible as they give special attention especially during last trimester. The best part of our second pregnancy is choosing Dr. Kokilavani mam. Her expertise, patience and care made us to feel strong and comfortable throughout the journey. She is the best gynaecologist in and around Velachery.. she is very friendly, will clear your doubts, I had irregular periods and was planning for pregnancy, she made my periods regular and I got pregnant and delivered a girl baby, she was also very kind and helpful during the pregnancy.
